1. Information Processed

StyleCue is a photo-based style report app that can be used without creating an account. The app may process photos you take or select, compressed image data needed to create a report, country and language settings, style goals, generated style report results, local preview images, history, and app preferences. For ads and consent management, Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform may process device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and consent choices.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to create photo-based style reports, provide photo mood, styling harmony, grooming, outfit, and photo tips, display results, generate share images, save local history, show and measure ads, manage ad privacy choices, and respond to user inquiries.

3. Photo Analysis and Remote AI Processing

When you request a report, the app compresses the selected photo to an appropriate size to reduce network and processing cost, then sends it over HTTPS to the KokomaSoft StyleCue analysis server, a secure Cloudflare Worker style-report proxy. That server may use OpenAI's AI service only to generate the requested report. OpenAI API keys are not included in the app and are managed as server-side secrets. StyleCue is designed to analyze only your own photo or a photo where every visible person has explicitly agreed to the upload and style report. Before each analysis, you must review the data sent and the recipients and then confirm; if you do not confirm, the photo is not uploaded. Do not upload photos of friends, contacts, or other people without their knowledge and consent.

4. Original Photos and Local Storage

StyleCue does not keep original full-resolution photos as report copies. Generated reports and smaller local preview images may be stored on your device in History. Deleting a report from History also removes its local preview image. Local data is deleted when you delete the app or clear the app data in device settings.

5. Third-Party Services, Ads, and Consent

The KokomaSoft StyleCue analysis server and the external AI model provider OpenAI may process analysis image data and request context to provide remote analysis. KokomaSoft manages service settings and operating procedures so these providers process data only for the requested report and provide the same or equivalent privacy and security protections. Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to show, measure, secure, and manage ads. On iOS, StyleCue requests App Tracking Transparency permission only when the user's region and consent choices support a tracking permission request. If tracking permission is not granted, ad requests are configured for non-personalized publisher privacy treatment.

6. Face Data

Collection: StyleCue may process visible face-related information contained in a photo you choose or take, such as whether the consenting subject is clearly visible, face framing, lighting, grooming, hair, pose, and other visible styling signals needed to create the style report. StyleCue does not use Face ID, ARKit face tracking, face recognition, or identity verification, and does not create, collect, or store face templates, face geometry, faceprints, biometric identifiers, or persistent face identifiers. Use: Face-related information is used only to create the requested photo-based style report, provide styling, grooming, hair, lighting, framing, and photo-quality suggestions, and perform safety and consenting-subject photo checks for that report. StyleCue does not use face data to identify a person, authenticate a person, compare people, infer sensitive traits, make eligibility decisions, rank personal worth, or target advertising. Disclosure and sharing: The selected image is sent through the KokomaSoft StyleCue analysis server to OpenAI only to generate the requested report. It is not sold, shared with data brokers, or used for advertising targeting. Storage and retention: The iOS app does not keep the original full-resolution photo after creating the report. The generated report and a smaller local preview image may remain on the device in History until the user deletes that report or deletes the app. The production backend is configured so uploaded images and base64 image payloads are not written to application logs and are retained only for the transient time needed to generate and secure the report.

7. Security, Children, and Changes

When remote analysis is used, network transmission uses HTTPS. StyleCue is not directed to children, and photos of minors should be used only with guardian consent and guidance. This policy will be updated if app features, data handling, or external service usage changes.
